With these difficult economic times, you can't afford miss Desert Green XIII at Sam's Town Hotel and Gambling Hall in Las Vegas, NV. "Green Industry Crossroads - Sharpening the Blade" features two days of four concurrent seminar tracks, table top displays and a green industry mixer.
New this year is a session on "The Basics" in English and Spanish on Thursday, October 22. With the Western Chapter of the International Society (WCISA) as a sponsor, there will also be an Advanced Arboriculture session on Friday. A Certified Arborist exam off-site on Saturday, October 24 requires separate registration with the WCISA.

In addition to the arboriculture tracks, there will be two tracks on Pest Management with pesticide CEUs as well as the Nevada Certified Applicators Exam offered on October 23 (additional fee applies). Tracks covering Landscape Architecture, Irrigation and Water Conservation, and Golf and Sports Turf Management also will be offered.
